The NIHR Diabetes Research Network has both a dedicated Co-Director and Industry and Portfolio Lead who specialise in working with the commercial sector providing:
- Unique access to a broad range of centres in primary and secondary care settings
- Unparalleled access to newly diagnosed patients with Type 1 diabetes
- Working relationships with primary care centres and secondary care centres across England
We have experience in working on a large number of different commercial trials with particular expertise in:
- Cardiovascular outcome trials
- Monoclonal antibody studies
- Type 2 diabetes studies in primary care settings
